Pesto Making April 2015

29 April 2015. Five garden members spent the morning at Di’s place making fresh pesto. The basil came from the Community Garden, Di grew the garlic in her home garden and the Jenny brought the virgin olive oil which came from the Ripples olive picking fundraiser held in July last year. Add to that some almonds, cashews, parmesan cheese and lots of messy fun to make a beautifully tasty product for sharing.
